Today's spotlight is on Stephana! She's a community member with a heart for health & wellbeing as well as the owner of Your Holistic Mentor and the author and creator of Yogilachi TRANSFORM: 101 Day Holistic Program of Optimal Mindset, Movement and Nutrition. We are so excited to have her at the event! Look for her presentation on how to restore safely (and effectively rebuild) abdominal layers after baby delivery at the Wellmama event!
Here's an excerpt from her inspiring and motivational blog: "HI! I’m Stephana (pronounced Stef On’ U like up) and the purpose of Your Holistic Mentor is to share stories and experiences of how to step off the main stream assembly line, integrate total well-being, and change the world by achieving personal goals while helping others at the same time. On the blog I share my reflections about life from a holistic perspective. HOLISTIC means WHOLE which is derived from HOLY. I don’t segregate or compartmentalize parts of life. I take in the WHOLE and that’s more than mind, body and spirit but we’ll use that to keep it simple. Here I’ll talk about how each part affects the other in a real life, real time as a homeschooling mom, wife, author, speaker, coach and business owner. I’m really interested in getting back to WHOLE food, real food and share a lot my recipes, fitness tips, health tools, relationships, and well…just about everything that goes into living life more WHOLE and keeping it REAL." Her raffle prize is a Yogilachi Healing Session- which is an opportunity to get a clear idea of what you need to do and where to focus in your life to become your best! Learn more about Stephana and all she offers our community on her Facebook page and on her website!
